We want every customer to be comfortable before they order. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Before work begins
If you cancel your order after payment but before we have registered your domain or started work on your website, we will refund the amount paid, less any unavoidable transaction charges.
After the domain is registered
Domain registration is a payment to a registry that cannot be reversed. If you cancel after your domain has been registered, the domain registration cost is non-refundable. The domain remains registered for its term.
After design work has started
If you cancel after design work has started, any refund will be calculated in proportion to the work not yet completed, after deducting domain and other third-party costs already incurred.
After launch
Once your website has been launched, the package is considered delivered and is not refundable.
How to request a cancellation
Contact us with your order ID using the details on our contact page. We will confirm the status of your order and any refund due.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or to a bank account or UPI ID in your name, normally within 7–10 working days of approval.
Payments not matched
If you made a payment but we cannot match it to an order, please contact us with your UPI transaction reference so we can investigate.
