These terms apply to your use of web7.in and to website packages ordered from Web7. Please read them before placing an order.
The website package
The ₹7,777 package covers a standard informational dynamic website as described on our pricing page, including domain registration (subject to availability), hosting, design, a content management system, five business email IDs, WhatsApp enquiry integration, contact forms, basic on-page SEO setup, SSL and deployment.
The package does not include e-commerce, payment gateways, booking engines, custom software, paid third-party services, premium plugins or paid stock content unless agreed separately in writing.
Domain names
Domain names are subject to availability at the time of registration. Requesting a domain on our order form does not reserve it. Please see our Domain Policy for details.
Your content
You are responsible for providing the text, images, logos and other content for your website, and for making sure you have the right to use it. You confirm that your content is accurate and lawful. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes others’ rights.
Payment
Orders are processed after payment is received and verified. UPI payments are verified manually; an order is not confirmed until verification is complete.
Timelines
Timelines depend on receiving complete content and approvals from you. Any delivery estimate we give is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Renewals
Domain, hosting and email services are time-bound. Renewal terms and charges, if any, are confirmed with you in writing before you pay.
Acceptable use
You may not use your website or business email for unlawful activity, spam, fraud, malware or content that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend services used in this way.
Limitation of liability
We take care to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party infrastructure, search engine rankings or specific business results.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
